BAPS Charities
has sent $3.3M of medicines and supplies to assist

of the earthquakes which has touched the Indian and Latino
community has brought them together. Harshad Shah, President
of BAPS Charities, felt that El Salvador could benefit from their
partnership with CitiHope International, which delivered
$6M of donated medicines and supplies to BAPS in India for
Gujarat earthquake relief.
It is the goal of
BAPS Charities that the medical aid reach help people in El Salvador.
Through a conjoined effort with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries,
the supplies were delivered to San Salvador for further
distribution. Doctors from the organization provided a list
of necessary medicines. NCM has been involved with earthquake
relief in El Salvador and will distribute the medicines
through their medical network. Nazarene International has
contributed to Indian causes, including a donation for the
Reynolds Memorial Hospital, which provides care to 75 villages
in Central India.
