BAPS Charities - Walkathon 2003
Walk for Family Values

10.04.2003
Fremont, CA

Every year BAPS Charities organizes its National Walkathon in over 21 centers throughout North America.

This autumn, BAPS Charities will host its seventh national walkathon, Walk For Family Values, in several centers all over North America including the San Francisco Bay Area.

Through the walkathon, we hope to raise the level of awareness amongst walkers, well-wishers and observers alike regarding the indispensable role that the family plays in the shaping of a child's values. This year, the theme of the walkathon is " Raising the Leaders of Tomorrow "

In Northern California, The walk will be held along the outer circle of Lake Elizabeth in Central Park, Fremont, CA which is an approximate distance of 2.1 miles. Participants will make 3 circles of the lake (6.3 miles) and complete a distance of 10K.
