BAPS Charities organized a health awareness lecture on January 30, 2011 on Menopause to educate the participating ladies about the symptoms, late effects and treatment. The lecture also educated the audience on how staying healthy with right diet, physical activity and stress management can help them plan for a healthy menopause. The lecture was organized at over 50 centers in North America.
