Everyone
has the right to quality healthcare. Unfortunately, a significant
portion of the Indian population is denied this right due
to the rising cost of treatment and medicines.
Since 1999, BAPS Charities has sought to bring quality, free medical
service to the thousands in tribal Gujarat, India. In addition
to medicines, our medical vans provide the primary means
to educate an ignorant public of significant health and
social issues.
Touring year round,
11 BAPS Charities Medical Vans reach 881
tribal villages twice a week. To date, they have
served 1,055,379 patients.
to support this invaluable service.
