Mumukshu Brahmbhatt ("M.B.") is a small business owner of The UPS stores. "M.B." arrived from India in September of 1999 with one goal in mind, to own his own business one day. His tenacious efforts have allowed this dream to now become a reality. "M.B." holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well as vast management and marketing experience. He strongly believes in providing a world-class customer service and going beyond the expectations of his customers. Today he operates The UPS stores while managing a full staff. In 2008, he was awarded The Minority Business Man of the Year. "M.B." holds high family, cultural, and spiritual values. He believes in personal growth as well as community growth. "M.B." has settled down with his family in Charlotte, NC. He is a husband, and a father of two. His wife, Hema, works with at Novant Health. He is a member of BAPS & BAPS Charities and holds a leading position as Regional Director for Outreach & Public Relations department.
