How to participate:
1. Inquire with your employer’s Human Resources department if your company has implemented a Matching Gift Program (MGP).
2. Obtain your company’s Matching Gift Form from your company’s Payroll or Human Resources department.
3. Complete the donor section of the form and mail it along with your donation check payable to BAPS Charities.
4. BAPS Charities will complete the required processes and forms according to your company’s MGP.
5. When approved, your company will match your generous donation with a donation to BAPS Charities.
6. BAPS Charities will provide you with notification of receipt of the matched donation.
