In 2014, BAPS Charities organized Walkathons throughout North America in support of a wide range of community, health, educational and humanitarian activities. These Walks provided inspiration for individuals to come together and build a better community, one step at a time.
Benefitting the American Cancer Society and the Newington Volunteer Fire Department, the BAPS Charities Walk in Hartfprd, CT took place on June 22, 2014. In total, over 200 participants enthusiastically supported the event walking a combined 600 miles.
