BAPS Charities Hosts “Change the Narrative” Talkshow at Strathmore University
On 19th September 2025, BAPS Charities hosted an inspiring Talkshow at Strathmore University on the theme “Change the Narrative”. The session was organized at the request of the university, responding to growing concerns about the pressures and struggles faced by young people today.
The event, organized by the youth of BAPS Charities, brought together a large audience of students and staff for an open, engaging, and interactive discussion. Through thought-provoking conversations and personal reflections, the Talkshow addressed the pressing challenges faced by young people, including academic stress, peer pressure, and social expectations.
By creating a safe space for dialogue, the initiative aimed to break the silence around mental health, encourage empathy, and equip students with practical ways to support one another. Participants left feeling empowered with renewed hope, awareness, and a sense of community care.
This Talkshow is part of BAPS Charities’ ongoing commitment to nurturing mental well-being and fostering resilience among the next generation of leaders.
