As part of Season of Service 2025, BAPS Charities in Los Angeles assembled and donated 950 essential care kits to support individuals experiencing homelessness, in partnership with the Orangewood Foundation. BAPS Charities volunteers generously donated items and came together to carefully assemble each kit, ensuring they addressed both hygiene and basic nourishment needs with dignity and care.
Each care kit included essential items such as shampoo bottles, soap, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, electrolyte packets, hand sanitizer, lotion, hair brushes, protein bars, instant oatmeal packets, and tea bags. Through this hands-on effort, volunteers transformed donated supplies into tangible care, offering comfort, dignity, and a reminder that every individual is seen, valued, and supported by their community.
