On 4 December 2014, BAPS Charities Uganda donated beds, mattresses, and blankets to Agururu Primary School in Tororo District. The initiative aimed to improve the welfare and living conditions of the pupils.
The donation addressed a key need at the school. Many pupils lacked adequate bedding. These essential items created a safer and more comfortable environment. They also support students’ well-being and learning.
The items were officially handed over to the school administration. Local leaders and community representatives attended the handover. The headteacher and staff expressed sincere gratitude. They noted the donation would help address shortages and support the pupils.
