BAPS Charities announced a new partnership on July 22 with the William Osler Health System by presenting a cheque for $25,000 to the William Osler Health System Foundation in support their health research activities. William Osler Health System is one of the largest community health care systems in the country. It is comprised of three integrated hospitals – Brampton Civic Hospital, Etobicoke General Hospital and Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness. This donation is the first part of a longer term partnership. The cheque was accepted by the President and CEO of the Foundation, Mr. Ken Mayhew, Dr. Naveed Mohammad, VP of Medical Affairs and Dr. Kamil Haider, Emergency Site Chief.
