On Sunday, 5th October 2025, BAPS Charities Uganda conducted a Blood donation drive at the BAPS temple in Kampala, collecting 86 pints of blood to save lives.
Hospitals across the country are facing a critical challenge: an urgent need for large volumes of blood to save lives. Every day, patients battling severe injuries, undergoing surgeries, or living with chronic illnesses depend on the availability of safe blood. Yet, despite the constant demand, a severe shortage at blood banks continues to put countless lives at risk.
