Medical Equipment Donation to Faizan Madina Health Centre, Lira, Uganda

BAPS Charities Uganda donated essential medical equipment to Faizan Madina Health Centre in Lira District on 9 August 2024. This is part of its ongoing efforts to support healthcare delivery.

The equipment was officially handed over during a ceremony at the health centre, where the Health Minister Jane Ruth Acheng received the donation on behalf of the facility. Speaking at the event, she noted that the assorted medical equipment donated by BAPS Charities Uganda will contribute to building a stronger healthcare system and improving service delivery.

Faizan Madina Health Centre serves the surrounding community and plays a vital role in providing essential medical services, despite facing challenges related to limited resources.

The donated equipment is expected to enhance the quality of care offered to patients and strengthen the centre’s capacity to meet healthcare needs.

This initiative reflects BAPS Charities Uganda’s continued commitment to community wellbeing and sustainable healthcare support across the country.
