On June 01, 2025, BAPS Charities brought the community together in Albany, NY, for its annual “Spirit of Service: Walk-Run.” This inspiring event encouraged participants to step forward in support of the Fuller Road Fire Department and its mission to serve the Town of Colonie since 1926, while promoting service and well-being.
With nearly 200 participants, the event welcomed individuals of all ages, including Town of Colonie Deputy Supervisor Rick Field, who joined in solidarity for the cause.
This BAPS Charities Walk-Run is one of over 100 similar events held across North America as part of a broader initiative benefiting local organizations. For over 20 years, BAPS Charities has organized more than 1,100 walks, making a meaningful impact in communities by supporting important causes and promoting a spirit of service and unity
