Health Fair 2008 in Washington DC, MD

BAPS Charities aims to serve individuals, families and communities in need by providing high quality, low cost health care. 

Annual health fairs are at the core of BAPS Charities’ medical services. Physicians and technicians regularly volunteer their expertise to provide medical care and advice to the increasing number of people who lack access to quality health care.

  3. Spirometry- peak flow meter (75) 
  4. Bone density (190) 
  5. Dental examination (350) 
  6. Eye examination (350) 
  7. Hearing test (300) 
  8. EKG (Total 350-180 men and 170 women) 

Educational Activity

  1. Lecture on Diatebest and how to check blood sugar-(300) 
  2. Breast Cancer screening: Demonstration of self breast Examination using artificial plastic models by female doctors (75)
