On May 31, 2025, BAPS Charities brought the community together in Knoxville, TN, for its annual “Spirit of Service: Walk-Run.” This inspiring event encouraged participants to step forward in support of The East Tennessee Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring giving, supporting meaningful initiatives, and strengthening communities across East Tennessee.
With nearly 250 participants, the event welcomed individuals of all ages, including Keith Barber, President and CEO of The East Tennessee Foundation, who joined in solidarity for the cause.
The BAPS Charities Walk-Run in Knoxville is one of over 100 similar events held across North America as part of a broader initiative benefiting local organizations. For over 20 years, BAPS Charities has organized more than 1,100 walks, making a meaningful impact in communities by supporting important causes and promoting a spirit of service and unity.
