BAPS Charities Walk-Run 2025 in Little Rock, AR

On May 31, 2025, BAPS Charities brought the community together in Little Rock, AR, for its annual “Spirit of Service: Walk-Run.” This inspiring event encouraged participants to step forward in support of the North Little Rock Police Athletic League (PAL), raising awareness to provide quality athletic and educational activities for children, while promoting service and well-being.

With over 180 participants, the event welcomed individuals of all ages, including Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. and North Little Rock Mayor Terry Hartwick, who joined in solidarity for the cause. Mayor Frank Scott Jr. said, “I never miss one (BAPS charities walk) because of the great work of BAPS Charities and what you all do —not just here in the state of Arkansas and the central Arkansas region, but across the United States. BAPS Charities’ work is always about service above self, and we are so grateful for the work, and because of that work, it makes the state of Arkansas and central Arkansas better.”

This BAPS Charities Walk-Run is one of over 100 similar events held across North America as part of a broader initiative benefiting local organizations. For over 20 years, BAPS Charities has organized more than 1,100 walks, making a meaningful impact in communities by supporting important causes and promoting a spirit of service and unity.
