As part of Season of Service 2025, BAPS Charities Los Angeles donated 1,000 pounds of canned goods to support a community food giveaway hosted by California State Senator Susan Rubio at the Fairplex in Pomona. The contribution helped strengthen the event’s ability to serve families facing food insecurity, ensuring shelves were stocked with essential, non-perishable items for those in need.
BAPS Charities volunteers joined community partners to deliver and organize the donations, reinforcing a shared commitment to compassion and service. Volunteers also joined other community organizations at God’s Pantry in Pomona to pack food bags. This collaboration reflects the spirit of service—demonstrating how partnerships between nonprofit organizations and public leaders can come together to uplift communities and meet urgent needs during the holiday season.
