On April 19, 2025, BAPS Charities brought the community together in Miami, FL, for its annual “Spirit of Service: Walk-Run.” This uplifting event encouraged participants to step forward in support of Best Foot Forward, an organization founded in 2010 that is committed to building brighter futures for foster care and at-risk students in Palm Beach County through academic guidance, support, and more—all while promoting service and well-being.
With over 400 participants, the event welcomed individuals of all ages who came together in solidarity for the cause. Reflecting on the event’s impact, Dana Jacobson from Best Foot Forward shared, “We greatly appreciate everyone for supporting our mission and helping foster care and at-risk students put their best foot forward in life.”
The BAPS Charities Walk-Run in Miami is one of over 100 similar events held across North America as part of a broader initiative to support local organizations. For over 20 years, BAPS Charities has organized more than 1,100 walks, making a meaningful impact by championing important causes and fostering a spirit of service and unity in communities across the continent.
