On 3 March 2026, BAPS Charities South Africa successfully hosted its inaugural Career Expo at the BAPS Swaminarayan Hindu Mandir and Cultural Complex. The event brought together students, parents, and professionals for a day dedicated to career exploration, guidance, and inspiration.
The expo featured a dynamic programme of motivational talks, panel discussions, and interactive career workshops. Attendees also had access to over 50 industry exhibits, offering valuable insights into a wide range of professions and their prospects within South Africa. Leading universities were present, providing personalised, one-on-one application guidance to prospective students.
A diverse range of professions were showcased, including Actuarial Science, Engineering disciplines, Medical fields, Law, Commerce, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence and Technology, Telecommunications, and Management Consulting.
