On 7th August 2026, BAPS Charities hosted its 3rd Annual Luncheon fundraiser in Nairobi, Kenya. Nearly 120 women gathered for an afternoon of friendship, food, and games, all in support of the projects BAPS Charities carries out throughout the year.
Now in its third year, the Luncheon has become a cherished tradition within the Ladies Wing, bringing together women from across communities in a spirit of togetherness and shared purpose. Guests enjoyed tea, delicious refreshments, and a series of games that filled the room with warmth and joy.
As part of the program, volunteers presented on BAPS Charities’ work both in Kenya and around the world. They shared that BAPS Charities operates with no administrative costs, ensuring that every donation goes directly to the causes it supports. For many guests attending for the first time, the presentation offered valuable insight into the breadth of the organization’s contribution to society.
Funds raised through the Luncheon will go toward BAPS Charities’ projects, including cataract surgeries for those unable to afford them.
The event was warmly received by all who attended and served as a beautiful opportunity to bring the community together for a meaningful cause.
