Walk 2010 in Los Angeles, CA

BAPS Charities Walks organized throughout North America helps a wide range of community, health and humanitarian organizations thus helping to build a better community, one step at a time. Benefitting American Diabetes Association, the BAPS Charities Walk in Los Angeles, CA took place on October 9, 2010. In total, over 629 participants enthusiastically supported the event.

Invited Guests included Curt Hagman, State Assemblyman, Bill Kruger , Mayor, Chino Hills,   Peter Rogers, Council Member, Chino Hills,  Sean Delgado, Asst. Principal, Chino Hills High School,  Kathryn Croskrey, Executive Director for ADA,   James Na,  Chino Valley Unified School District.

I think it was a successful event as there was a great turnout and good energy amongst the participants. I think that by hosting Walk-A-Thons, BAPS Charities promotes the well-being of the community as well as maintaining healthy lifestyles.
