On May 31, 2025, BAPS Charities brought the community together in San Antonio, TX, for its annual “Spirit of Service: Walk-Run.” This inspiring event encouraged participants to step forward in support of Celebrate Dyslexia, and it’s focus to bring solutions to our community in collaboration with parents of dyslexic children, teachers, students, medical professionals and community leaders to provide evidence-based information that will help navigate the current education system to ensure children’s success regardless of zip code.
With nearly 300 participants, the event welcomed individuals of all ages, parents of dyslexic children, teachers, students, medical professionals, and community leaders.
This BAPS Charities Walk-Run is one of over 100 similar events held across North America as part of a broader initiative benefiting local organizations. For over 20 years, BAPS Charities has organized more than 1,100 walks, making a meaningful impact in communities by supporting important causes and promoting a spirit of service and unity.
