In the month of October, 2015 the volunteers of BAPS Charities organized a medical camp with two doctors namely Dr. Das and Dr. Smita with 5 nurses at Salvation Army Orphanage.
Total of 180 disabled children were checked and treated for :
- Malaria
- Parasitic Worms
- E N T Infection
- Fungal Infection
- BMI ( for malnutrition)
After the medical checkup , each child was given a gift hamper containing biscuits , chocolates, juice and water.
Food ration above 250 kg were also donated to the management of Salvation Army to be used at the orphanage.
